二元復(fù)疊超低溫冷凍機(jī)組是我司根據(jù)多年的設(shè)計開發(fā)經(jīng)驗結(jié)合各種實際測得的工況參數(shù)而設(shè)計，開發(fā)的第三代復(fù)疊式超低溫機(jī)組，其具有性能穩(wěn)定、高效、自控程度高的特點，可提供-135℃~-40℃的超低溫液體冷源。

防爆型超低溫復(fù)疊式深冷機(jī)組產(chǎn)品特點：

1、采用德國比澤爾Bitzer原裝進(jìn)口壓縮機(jī)為主機(jī)，主要部件均為國際知名品牌，結(jié)合德國Siemsn工業(yè)級PLC和微電腦控制系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)安全可靠，全自動控制系統(tǒng)，無人值守自動報警信息功能。

2、二元復(fù)疊雙超低溫冷凍機(jī)組系統(tǒng)更優(yōu)化、更穩(wěn)定，可滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中24小時連續(xù)生產(chǎn)對工藝?yán)湓吹男枨蟆?

3、可提供-135℃~-40℃的超低溫液體冷源。

RE:

1. 制冷量是在溫度條件下測得：載冷劑為酒精，冷卻水入口溫度32℃，出口溫度37℃。

Cooling Conditions for above refrigerating capacity: Refrigerating medium is alcohol, cooling water inlet 32℃, outlet 37℃.

2. 工作范圍:冷卻水出口溫度為22℃~37℃,冷卻水入口溫差值為3.5℃~10℃。冷凍液出口溫度為-40℃~-80℃, 冷凍液出入口溫差值為2.5℃~10℃.

Cooling range: Chilled water outlet temperature 22℃~37℃, inlet temperature difference 3.5℃~10℃. Refrigerating fluid outlet temperature -40℃~-80℃, inlet temperature difference 2.5℃~10℃.

3. 出廠時備有成對冷卻水、冷凍液出入口連接法蘭，載冷劑（酒精）由用戶自備。

With pairing connecting flange for inlet and outlet of cooling water and refrigerating fluid. The refrigerating medium(alcohol) equipped by user.
